So today I go to the gym. I get on the bike to warm up and then attempt to go do the pull ups my trainer told me to do for warm up, but there is another lady on the particular machine I need. I need a lot of assistance for this right now, and only one machine gives the assistance I need right now. I think, "No worries, I'd rather do that first (I've actually started to like pull ups) but I'll start with something else." So I go do a different set, and look...she's still there. I do another set and look...she's still there. An hour and a half later I'd finished everything...she's still there,so before I go to the treadmill to walk it off, I try to hint at getting to do my pull ups. This woman is BUILT. She probably competes, but WHO DOES PULL UPS FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF?! There are 2 other assisted machines and a bar that is obviously not assisted. (She obviously doesn't need assistance and another machine that she could use and I could not was free) So I ask (hint hint), "Are all these machines the same? I was only trained on this one." She goes into an explanation of a machine I cannot use (but she could) and very sweetly tells me she'll only be 15 minutes. Sigh...(that makes an hour and 45 minutes). So I go to the treadmill, do my thing there, go change clothes...she was still on it when I left. No pull ups for me today....TOMORROW THOUGH....
