Amazing Protein Balls for Post-Workout

This is great because taking a protein shake to the gym is sometimes not what I want to do for post workout...since we live out on a ranch. So I'm not certain about 'vegan' with this changes, but I like whey better than soy anyway (I have some concerns with soy). You can follow their recipe or use the equivalent of 1 cup of either of Melaleuca's Oatmeal (you'll get more whole grain and flax,...more of the good stuff), and one serving of vanilla or chocolate Proflex or Vitality Elevate Ultra-Performance Protein shake in a processor and chop it up just a little. Then add the banana and turn on until 'course yet pliable dough forms' (according to their recipe). Then divide into twelve balls. A serving is three balls. This variation has just a little more umph than theirs and some omega to boot, but theirs is good too.
